ATTEST INCUBATOR Small

The Attest Biological Indicator is a small vial containing a quantity of non-pathogenic spores especially resistant to the steam sterilisation process. Following the sterilisation cycle, the ampoule within the vial is crushed, providing media that will promote rapid growth of any spores that may not have been killed during the sterilisation process. An easily detected colour change in the vial after incubation indicates the sterilisation process has failed.
