Laser-Lok restorations are intended to create a connective tissue seal around the abutment, protect the bone, and maintain esthetics over time. When planning a Laser-Lok restoration, Laser-Lok components should be used during the healing, temporization and final abutment phases. When a Laser-Lok component is removed and the biologic seal disrupted, use a new Laser-Lok component to establish the soft tissue connection again. Flares to 6.6mm.
